1st Shipley Scout Group

1st Shipley Scout Group has claim to being among the oldest Scout Groups in the country. With a small camping ground surrounding a traditional thatched roofed HQ the Group meets the needs of the young people in a rural Sussex community offering Beaver, Cub and Scouts Sections.Camping, hiking and traditional Scouting are features of the Groups activities.

For older members (14+) 1st Shipley Group offers the opportunity to join Paladin Explorer Scout Unit.
