We utilise industry leading Microsoft 365 Enterprise for Non-Profits platform for our email, document storage, collaboration and online conferencing tools. With the features that Microsoft 365 provides, we’re eager as a District to expand the platform to our Groups and Units.
Communications and Data
Outlook (Web) – email, address book and calendar.
Teams – group document storage plus instant Messaging, Calls, Video Conferencing and integration with SharePoint, Planner, Forms and more.
OneDrive – 1TB of cloud storage to securely store scout documents.
Forms – securely collect data, surveys, forms.
Sway – produce interactive newsletters and presentations.
Other Tools
Word, Excel and PowerPoint – web versions of the core office productivity tools,
Planner – Kanban (think Trello style) project management software.
Power Automate – automate processes and data without code.
Copilot – AI tool to help with writing documents and planning programmes.
New apps are constantly being added so keep an eye on your account at m365.cloud.microsoft.

As well a a range of TSA digital tools, for group/section management and communicating with parents we can supply licences free of charge for Online Scout Manager.

Youth Member Records
Online Scout Manager provide a system to mange membership, programmes, communications and badges for our youth members. OSM also provide a series of helpful videos on how best to use the system
